Put KDE1 windeco and color scheme

I really miss the ability to make windows look like the ancient KDE1 desktop. I know this might be seen as archaic by many, but even Windows 7 has a Classic look! Some folks would like to have the full power of KDE4 behind, and a sober, industrial look like that of KDE 1.

Currently, what is needed to achieve that look is a KDE1 colorscheme and a KDE1 windeco. Up and until KDE 3.5, we had those available; sadly, this is no longer the case. Can you please reinstate both desktop elements, please? Thanks!

There's already a request for the KDE1 window decoration on bugs.kde.org: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147785

Proudly dual-booting openSUSE 11.1 with KDE 4.3 and Windows Vista on a Toshiba A205-S4577 since July 2007.
