Blur in Konsole

Currently, the transparency of the Konsole background seems not useful: lines of commands are mixed up with what's behind.
Using the new blur effect you can make it nicer. Here a screenshot The code necessary for this effects shouldn't be to much: this works!

The Brainstorm is not the right place to submit patches. Please remove the patch from your post. Then please ask at the right place to submit your patch - if they accept it, we can delete this idea. If they reject it, we can approve this idea (unless their rejection is based on a "we can never implement this no matter what").

Blur for transparent windows is planned, probably for 4.6 but there are no guarantees.
