Improving keyboard support.

Actually:
a) there's no way to use keyboard with Krunner. b) auto-completition don't works as excepeted I think, that auto-completition should been new Krunner plugin, showing two possibilities: - next completition - accept this completition It can also show only one option called autocomplete and possibilities after selecting this options. User should be able to navigate using up/down keys on keyboard.
