Does anyone know about a best software which can help me with managing my audit activity. Please help me out on this I have been using many software but not satisfied with anyone...help me out with the best one.

You need to ask this question in a general forum; you also need to explain what you mean by 'audit management.' I audit things but use the general purpose software for the activity to carry out the audit - not anything specialised.
