Hi

I'm Christian and i am following kde since version 1.0. As a consultant spreadsheets are my main working tool. I tried to switch to koffice 1.6 some time ago but formula entry was too slow at that time.

Lately i downloaded a working copy of koffice 2.1.

I tried kspread on a very simple task but two things made me stop:

- the delete key does not delete the cell contents (as indicated in the help document)

- if i point and click on cells to enter i.e. a sum. I get an #analysis in 90% of clicks.

May be i'm doing everything wrong but we dammned excel users do it like that

P.S. As a speradshhet user since lotus 123 (even slightly before that) I' am used to the input cell beeing shown top left. (O.k. I'm sure that this can be set in the options menu)

Do I have to wait for koffice 3.0 or ist there anything I can do to activate the delete key and point and click ?
