guys,

my application generates text, pictures and table data that I want to add to my kword/kpart. I was told that flake was the way to go, after a lot of reading I found this
http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tut ... ake_Plugin
as the closest to an example with flake, where coding is used. A lot of the articles are mostly about what flake does or what its purpose is. Can somebody tell me where to find some real coded examples with flake, I also use this http://www.koffice.org/developer/apidocs/ but no there are no examples in these api docs.

You probably need to talk directly to koffice developers, in particular to tzander, though others may be able to help. If you don't have IRC set up, I'd recommend installing konversation. It couldn't be easier to use. Just type /join #koffice and you can ask your question.

I have a question about the textshape plugin in the plugins directory of the source and the flake library in the libs directory of the source. Besides the fact one is a plugin and the other a library, what are the other differences between them?
And if I have plain text. pics and table data coming out from my application, what is the best way to get these contents in kword?
