Cannot start Koffice 2.2 on Fedora 11

I've tried compiling KOffice 2.2 on Fedora 11 but I can't run any of the applications.

If I try to start one from the terminal I get the following error:
app(pid)/koffice (lib komain) KoDocumentEntry::createDoc: ""

This goes for everything except koconverter (which seems to be running normally),
kplatowork (seems to require kplato to be of any use) and kthesaurus (which gives a
different error).

Can someone please tell me how to deal with this?

If you create a new user, can you reproduce there?

Before doing that I just want to ask, does this has anything to do with how it is installed to a subdirectory of my account?

Also is there a particular installation procedure I should follow when testing this problem?

Hi,

When building KOffice, did you follow the instruction in http://wiki.koffice.org/index.php?title ... ng_KOffice ? And especially http://wiki.koffice.org/index.php?title ... plications ?
