Pretty much what the title says. Do I need to install an extension or something?

You do know that Flash is deprecated and almost all major browsers have already dropped Flash support. It makes little sense in 2020 to still install it in a browser

Currently running Kubuntu 20.04, Plasma 5.18.5, Frameworks 5.68.0, Qt 5.12.8, kernel 5.4.0-42
FWIW: it is always useful to state the exact Plasma version and distribution when asking questions in this forum, makes it easier for us to help ...

Easy to say, but there's still a considerable amount of flash content out there. I had to do some mandatory annual training yesterday, and was forced to use Chrome to make the flash content display.

yep, flash is deprecated and best to be avoided but if find you need it then Falkon uses the pepperflash plugin used by chromium. install the pepper flash plug-in.
In Neon:
Code: Select all
sudo pkon install browser-plugin-freshplayer-pepperflash pepperflashplugin-nonfree

and manually update by:
Code: Select all
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install
