KDE Wallet access control dialog empty...

KDE wallet is prompting me for a password for the default wallet whenever I connect a bluetooth device or the network configuration changes. These changes are fine, and I want to change the access control for the various services so that they have access to the default wallet so I don't have to keep entering the default wallet password. However, when I issue "kcmshell5 kwalletconfig5", the Access Control Dialog is *empty*. Shouldn't there be a
tree structure for each wallet, with a list of applications and a policy for each? Any suggestions for how to address this problem is appreciated. I'm really tired of constantly entering my password for the default wallet, but at the same time really like the KDE wallet feature. I suspect there is a missing configuration file or misconfigured one someplace. Thank you.

I figured this one out myself. Apparently, the kde4 -> kde5 migration didn't quite work out for me, and the [Auto Allow] and the [Auto Deny]
sections were not migrated. I pulled these sections into the .config/kwalletrc file, and the access control dialog now shows what I expect and permits me to make changes.
