Konsole profile shortcuts - new tab vs. replace tab

I have various konsole profiles. For the ones I use the most, I have assigned keyboard shortcuts (with Settings -> Manage Profiles).

Until recently, typing one of these keyboard shortcuts created a new Konsole tab with the desired profile. That is the behavior I want.

With recent updates, typing a keyboard shortcut replaces the profile of the current tab instead of creating a new tab. Not sure if this is a bug or an enhancement. Is there some way I can go back to the previous behavior without rolling back to an old version of Konsole?

I know there are workarounds--like using the mouse and the menu to create a new tab. But I'm lazy; I liked my keyboard shortcuts.

I am running konsole5, Version 19.04.2, Release 1.fc30 under architecture x86_64 (and Fedora 30).

Thanks in advance.

How about remapping the shortcut to what you prefer?

Currently running Kubuntu 20.04, Plasma 5.18.5, Frameworks 5.68.0, Qt 5.12.8, kernel 5.4.0-42
FWIW: it is always useful to state the exact Plasma version and distribution when asking questions in this forum, makes it easier for us to help ...

Nope. It looks like the command you specify in the command is not executed.

You should file a bug for this, then, looks like a regression.

That's my intention. I just want to be sure that there is nothing wrong with my setup :)
