Hi, ive been using Kdenlive for a while now, to edit my gopro videos. It works very well and in my opinion is the best tool for Linux.
I will have to edit about 35 long videos (1 - 3 hours each) from the past summer in the following months.
Each video was shot with 3 gopros cameras from different angles.
I wrote a small script to auto align the 3 video tracks with each other. I have all videos aligned now.

Is there a way/plugin to have the view of the 3 angles at the same time playing in realtime (or faster than real time would be ideal) and then select on real time which angle/camera you want to show at that moment in the rendered video? like this:

Im actually spending one full day of work for each video, and i definitely dont have the time for this. It could take me years to edit these videos.
This would greatly improve my workflow and save a lot of time.

Ive researched this online and could not find any plugin or method to do this.
thanks again!

Use multitrack view. Right click on the project monitor and enable multitrack view. Each track should have the video from 1 GoPro.

Try Cinelerra GG. It’s free and on Linux. Allows clicking on the feed that you want shown. I use kdenlive, except when I am dealing with multi camera feeds of sporting events that are hours long and require hundreds of jumps from one feed to another. Tried this Cinelerra tool last night and it fits the need. https://youtu.be/rOMKP4Jgzw8.
