Adding PPA to Discover

Sure, I can apt-add-repository ppa: ... but wondering if I'm missing the quickie in Discover?
Neon: 5.9
Plasma/Discover; 5.9.2 ... TY

add-apt-repository is the quickie ;)

In Discover, go to Settings >> More >> Software Sources >> Other Software >> Add
I do believe that you can use a ppa: url as you would using the command line.

I'll believe 'ya. My version stops at Software Sources, where I see what I expect, the various default sources. I do not see Other Software. I do see More>>Check for Update. Regardless, it's not a big deal. I'd rather be on term anyway. In that way, I guess Discover is not as polished. TY

Actually you probably need to install the kubuntu tool called software-properties-kde to get these Ubuntu/Kubuntu specific options.

Discover as packaged in Neon probably does not depend on this extra utility. I must have added it to my system a long time back when I first installed Neon.
