2 Errors in package management: Overwriting and pkgDataBase

1) Overwriting:

Yesterday, Ubuntu overwrote pkg "base-files", again.
Like last time.


2) PackageDataBase
Wrongly, searching for "extra" gives "optional".

$ command aptitude --disable-columns search '?exact-name(akonadi-backend-mysql)?installed?priority(extra)' -F '%?p %?P'

akonadi-backend-mysql optional
