Download Page confusing for new visitors

New people coming to KDE to Download KDE Neon are taken to a nice descriptive page by some easy navigation. https://neon.kde.org/download
But as soon as you click on the button to download the "User Edition Live/Install" it takes you to a strange web page with a list of filenames. And a poor and incomplete description at the top. https://files.kde.org/neon/images/neon- ... n/current/
Now I'm sure that experienced users will be able to guess which .iso to click on. Although the difference between:
- neon-useredition-current.iso
- neon-useredition-20180104-1018-amd64.iso
is unclear. Actually only the description need be shown. the filename itself is cryptic.
I guess this page is automatically generated. But its's not the sort of muddle new people should be expected to guess their way through.

Question: Where can I post a request for the entire page to be improved? I'm happy to give detailed suggestions, and discuss it with the right people.

actually, I have recently post a request to make clearer for new users which is the latest stable available to download as it certainly seems confusing for inexperienced people like myself..
I personally never know if there is newer version than the one I got installed already until I download the file ...
the post I wrote is titled "Latest stable version to download" and here the link:
https://scontent-mxp1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/ ... e=5BC430EE

not sure if your request is the same but at least we coincide on the fact that it seems confusing and it would be great making things fast to understand and less confusing in order to gain more users from our side and make Kdenlive grow bigger and more popular and better etc..

Still nothing has happened to fix the problem on the website. So here is not a good place to post such requests.
I'd like to know where the best place is to post this report.
Other distros seem know what the user needs.
Ubuntu does not have this issue: https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop
Linux Mint does not have this issue: https://linuxmint.com/download.php
Fedora does not have this issue: https://getfedora.org/en/workstation/download/
OpenSUSE does not have this issue: https://software.opensuse.org/distributions/tumbleweed
Solus does not have this issue: https://getsol.us/download/

There is also a problem on the same page with the ROSA Image Writer application. It does have a nice button this time. But clicking it just downloads a file. With no clear information for users.

I've now created a bug report here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398956

Still nothing has happened a year and a half later!

I know there are more important things to do, but I'm concerned about the poor image its been giving KDE Neon all this time. Despite the hard work that so many people have put in to make it user friendly, potential users are 'still' being told "nerds only beyond this point".

I think something is already happened ...

The "User Edition Live/Install Image" is direct link to the latest iso file. A click on it triggers a download. What is here confusing ?

Experienced users can copy the link url, cut the file name and go to the file download area for distro user editions. The iso files named neon-user-current.* are just links to the corresponding files with date- and timestamp in the name. You can see it, when you use the "Details" link on the right side.
