Have network-manager-openvpn installed by default.

It took a significant amount of my time to figure out why network manager would not connect to my VPN. The button was there, the config file was loaded, everything looked fine... oh right the entire backend needed for it to work was missing >:(

This hasent been a problem on any other distribution I have tried including manjaro, opensuse leap and debian. I think you guys should consider having this package there by default.

PS: This is about KDE Neon, its in the wrong section. I was pretty frustrated with the whole KDE identity BS needed to login in the first place and make a suggestion that I did not check properly.

At the very least, could this be hooked up to packagekit such that if the needed package isn't installed that it asks you to have it installed rather than just letting it not work?

Voted and moved.

EDIT:
And noticed that the poll has gone. Hm, what is more important, poll or Neon? I reckon Neon since it seems an oversight/bug so am keeping it here but am open to suggestions :)
