hey guys ..

I'm having issue with monitors not shutting down on lock screen after 5 minutes. It's annoying cause I've burned 2 monitors after I left my screens locked and did not shut down. I've started putting my computer to sleep, but we all know what happens after you wake computer up and u have NVIDIA card, and what happens with taskbars after sleep.
My energy saving settings:

[X] Screen Energy Saving: Switch off after 5 min
[ ] Suspend session
[X] button events handling: When power buton pressed: Promp log out dialog
[ ] Run script
[ ] Wireless

Screen locking settings:

[X] Lock screen after 3 minutes
[X] After waking from sleep
Allow unlocking without password for 5 seconds
Keyboard shortcut META + L

Any help apprecieated

Kind regards

Armando

Disable 'kscreen2' in 'startup/shutdown' -> 'background services' and see if that helps . It seems to have 'fixed' my issue . I dont know if there are any undesirable side affects to disabling 'kscreen2' .
