KDE neon (all editions) now installs linux-image-generic-hwe-20.04 which is the Linux 5.8 kernel and brings updated drivers such as for AMD Radeon graphics cards. It should install by default with the updates and be used on the next reboot. Let us know if you have any issues.

Laptops running on even the last gen AMD Renoir chips were facing suspend issues with 5.13.0 kernel which KDE neon was using. Is this issue resolved as well?
