I would really like to see a feature to allow me to directly share my images with imageshake.us (or any other service like that), so we would not have to do all the work to put them online by ourselves (which can be sometimes pretty annoying).

What do you think ?

Even though it was already market as IMPLEMENTED, after reading this post I realized that this would be a great feature of Ksnapshot. I know, OK i could use pastebin plasmoid, but... why? I would really like it more if Ksnapshow would *also* had this feature. Another great KDE desktop integration :)

I agree, this feature isn't already implemented as well as it could be, I feel it belongs in to KSnapshot directly, and not require the user to keep a Pastebin plasmoid visible.

vvcap for windows also has the very useful feature of automatically copying the new URL to your clipboard.

I agree also, this is not implemented...

why the complication of saving image and then going to its location and droping it on pastebin...

pastebin is very good workaroung, but KSnapShot should offer this option by it self...and maybe more features like Shutter !

There is a bug/wish report:

From what I remember, you can drag an image from the preview area of KSnapshot to the pastebin widget, with no manual temporary file saving needed.

that may be true, but since my pastebin is bugged and returns some enormous url, i cant try it.

Please don't do that man. I want this from Ksnapshot, not having to keep some krappy half developed and buggy plasmoid on my desktop all the time.

+1 for Ksnapshot feature!
