Presently, if I want to remove my USB disk, I have to first open Dolphin, so that I can unmount it from the Places bar. It would be convenient if I could just click the Device Notifier, right click the device, and select "Safely Remove" from there. (Right now, right clicking does nothing.)

On Kubuntu. I'm not sure if this is a distro specific patch, but I see an eject button at the device notifier.

Oh. That's an eject button. Never mind, then. I never realized what that was. I always thought it was just a "Mounted" indicator or something (but didn't give it very much thought).
Either way, having the option available in a context menu as well might be a good idea, but obviously less important, considering.

If there were a context menu for this, it would be the only thing IN the context menu. The current button is obvious and clean enough for the average user. I honestly think this should be marked as implemented.
