[Plasma] Option to Safely Remove/Eject from Device Notifier

illissius Registered Member Posts 12 Karma 0	[IMPLEMENTED] [Plasma] Option to Safely Remove/Eject from Device Notifier Sat Apr 18, 2009 5:08 pm Presently, if I want to remove my USB disk, I have to first open Dolphin, so that I can unmount it from the Places bar. It would be convenient if I could just click the Device Notifier, right click the device, and select "Safely Remove" from there. (Right now, right clicking does nothing.)

I never realized what that was. I always thought it was just a "Mounted" indicator or something (but didn't give it very much thought). Either way, having the option available in a context menu as well might be a good idea, but obviously less important, considering. The current button is obvious and clean enough for the average user. I honestly think this should be marked as implemented. Madman, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.
