I think in some situation - for example when you wan't to show you picture from some folder to you friend in the desktop - it can be usefull to have a some sort "next" button in Picture Frame that work in slideshow mode. It will switch to next image.

May be instead of button "Next" provide key binding - may be for scroll up/down events

And of course it should be possible to turn of this feature
