[User-Authentication] Fingerprint support in KDE

It would be really cool if I could use my fingerprint scanner of my notebook in KDE. I know all the discussion how secure/insecure those things are but nevertheless I still want to use it. These three components must be modified:

- kdm must be aware of it. Type in your password or simply put your finger on the scanner.
- kuser must support fingerprints as an alternative/addition to passwords.
- kdesu must support fingerprints as an alternative/addition to passwords.
