I want some feature like ability to upload screenshots directly from ksnapshot, some button "Upload2imageshack" you know, like drop2imageshack plasmoid, but with image of ksnapshot's result.

There was a gsoc proposal for something that could do this. If it is accepted I will mark this is in progress, but for now it is valid.
In the meantime you can select "open with", choose gwenview, and then submit the photo to a website like imageshack that way.

I think the KSnapshot should start using Kipi-Plugins for exporting possibilities.
But already the screenshot is very easy to upload to few services with pastebin -widget. 1. Take a screenshot 2. Start draggin a screenshot thumbnail in Ksnapshot 3. Drop the thumbnail to "Pastebin" widget You get link straight away. You can place the pastebin widget to panel or desktop. I use that alot. If I want to upload to own FTP, there is own widget for that as well. |
