The idea is simple. When i change wallpaper, next time i login i should see the previously changed wallpaper as ksplash background. To clear things out, lets say i just changed my wallpaper to Aghi. So this is how should ksplash look like when i login next time:

This would ensure smooth transistion, and make everything look much more polished and dynamical.
