This idea was in my thread : KDE 4.3 Mockup
but i'm going to post again here, so you can vote or not.  Another own ideas: *KDE 4.3 Mockup (no brainstorm) *Set up the time before panel hide. *Rotate and Resize panels plasmoids

Seems like you need to rephrase the idea, since the current one is the same as you have here: Rotate and Resize panels plasmoids.

yep. I was confused trying to do this thread. Thanks for the correction.
The issue with Dekorator is that it hasn't real transparencies, I think in something like emerald but based on plasma.

I agree but in this case picture says a thousand words. But still it would be better that you would shortly describe your idea.
