I think another way to look at this would be for "present windows from all desktops" to group the windows by desktop when presenting them.

Mac OS X has this feature, hasn't it? Not that it would be a bad idea because of it, I'm just curious since I haven't used OS X in a while (but I think I saw that feature in a screencast).

Yes, in mac os x can be executed Spaces and Exposè at same time

I agree. I noticed that when I have a lot of windows open I forget which is from which desktop. You might think this is not that important, but I mostly use present windows as windows managment tool; eg. to see how many are there already open and i would really like to know where they are open... So I'm all for this. +1
