Default notification timeout

Mon Oct 26, 2009 11:17 am
Currently notification wait for some amounts of seconds (that is too long for me) and then hides in the notification icon. I think (if it is possible) there should be an option to specify how much exactly seconds to wait by default.

Do not try this at home, part 1. Second most favorite command after KDE upgrade: # chmod -x /usr/bin/kactivitymanagerd

Default notification timeout

I'd say thats not the only thing that needs to be configurable or get alot less disturbing default.

As I am currently trying to get my notifications to just behave properly when copying/moving/downloading files I get more and more frustrated.
