[plasma] possibility to assign "actions" to screenedges

i know that "dashboard" is no kwin effekt but like "present windows" for example it is a very useful thing and i would like to activate it in a similar way like the cube or present windows etc.
i would like to see a possibility to assign other plasma actions to screenedges ... or even scripts.. whatever you want....
